Non-Wagering Platform
Calcutta Central provides administrative software tools only. We do not facilitate wagers, bets, or the exchange of real currency. The platform enables pool organizers to manage auctions, track bids, and communicate results — no more, no less.
No Funds Handling
All financial transactions related to user-organized pools are conducted strictly between participants outside of this platform. Calcutta Central does not hold, transfer, receive, or process pool funds at any time.
No House Cut
Calcutta Central does not take a commission, percentage, rake, or vigorish from any pool. Our revenue comes solely from software subscription fees paid by pool organizers.
User Responsibility
Use of this software is intended for bona fide social gaming only. Pool organizers (Admins) are solely responsible for ensuring their private pools comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including laws governing gambling, wagering, and games of chance.
